At Amiens

Father Leblanc becomes superior of the congregation in 1805, after the departure of  Father Varin.  In June 1806, Mother Julie agrees to accompany Father Leblanc to Flanders.  Introduced to Monsignor Fallot de Beaumont, Bishop of Ghent, she agrees to establish a house of Sisters of Notre Dame in his diocese.  This will be in Saint-Nicolas, on December 9, 1806.
